Monday was Jordan's eighth birthday! We had a family party that night. For our family parties the birthday person gets to choose an activity we can all do together and a restaurant for dinner. Jordan wanted to go golfing so we took them up to the local golf course and let them hit some balls. They all had a lot of fun so we will have to take them more often. 
Then we went out to a Chinese buffet for his birthday dinner. Then it was home for cake and ice cream and presents of course! I have been so busy this past week I had to break down and buy a cake instead of make one. So here is the store bought birthday cake. 
I let Jordan choose and instead of picking a birthday decorated cake he wanted the cookies and cream cake. (It was actually really yummy!) 
He got the new Kung Fu Panda PlayStation II game, the Alvin & the Chipmunks DVD, his own real tools and toolbox, a Nerf gun game and a couple other little things.
